A while back we were asked by some of our restaurant friends to make a Riesling for them which we did. Exclusively made for a handful of restaurants, we also want to share this wine direct with you too. 

100% Riesling fruit from the Clare Valley in South Australia. Made dry with some extended lees contact for texture and a portion of barrel aging for extra weight. It's not your average Clare Riesling.
