Range Life Rosato, VICTORIA, 2022
We have finally added a Rosato aka Rosé to our Range

Made from 100% Shiraz from a mates vineyard just outside of Colac, it was direct pressed into tank, with just a few hours of skin contact giving us a light colour. It then sat in tank for 9 months building some texture and then bottled.

Light, bright with some fresh red fruits and a nice savoury texture.
